    Absolutely terrible place, even to work at. General Manager is nasty to the Team Members, shows them no respect even in front of customers. Food and drinks are forgotten, chicken isn't cleaned properly and sometimes undercooked. Sometimes waiting on chicken and orders for over an minutes to an hour. Do not recommend working or coming here.Some of the managers are really nice though such as Ethan and Bradley as well as some team members such as Jess and Jade.

    Ordered a pc wicked variety bucket to take away via drive-thru. Came home to find out I was only given pieces of chicken and the fries, missing the fillets and hot wings. Not the first time my order has items missed from this store but this is really taking it too far this time. Saw a group of workers talking together when getting my order ready, clearly distracted from the job.

    Food was ok, although I had to wait a long time for the food after ordering. I then received a £ parking fine for being over the minutes allowed. Great! I have visited this restaurant many times over the years but due to this experience and after contacting KFC customer service who said there was nothing they can do to help, this will be the last time . BEWARE OF THE TIME LIMIT FOR PARKING . I cannot believe paying customers are fined, especially late in the evening when the car park was empty.

    The staff are young people who do not give a dam, two young ladies were especially rude. Requested some breast pieces, they nodded but did not reply and did not pass the message on. We recieved drumsticks and back pieces. We asked if we could order at the counter and they refused us but as we were eating a man clearly ordered at the counter! Shame on you and your inadequate staff!
